To provide oversight, support and coordination to the work of the Sexual Abuse Strategic Partnership to steer and enable a consistent multi- agency response to the joint ambition of tackling sexual violence and abuse. To develop, consult on, and oversee the implementation and delivery of a partnership sexual abuse strategy and associated action plan. To establish and nurture relationships with relevant partners, and service providers, and use these to develop and implement collaborative and complementary activities, for instance communications or commissioning, and identify any further opportunities for effective integration and cooperation to deliver shared outcomes.

Educated to Degree level standard or equivalent experience.
Demonstrable experience of successfully developing and maintaining effective multi-agency partnerships to deliver shared strategic objectives.
Strong analytical skills, with an ability to interpret and present data confidently and effectively to a range of audiences.
Sound working knowledge of the legislative and policy framework relating to sexual abuse or the boarder violence against women and girls agenda, and of the roles and responsibilities of different organisations in relation to sexual abuse/VAWG.
Ability to think and act creatively to develop and deliver practical and innovative solutions to complex issues.
Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, and able to present confidently to internal and external stakeholders.
Political awareness, diplomacy and sensitivity.
Highly developed relationship management skills, with a proven ability to negotiate with, persuade, influence and collaborate with statutory and voluntary partners at both a strategic and operational level.
