Essex Police received a call shortly before 1.40pm today (Sunday 21 June) reporting a collision involving a black Mercedes hatchback and a green Lexmoto Michigan motorbike in Commonside Road.
Officer targeted areas in Southend, Castle Point, Rochford, Basildon, Harlow and Stansted.
We have secured sexual assault charges against a 49-year-old Chigwell man.
