It is alleged that former Constable Jack AVIS use an Essex Police issued mobile phone device to take a number of photographs. The photographs taken by AVIS were of the screen of a another mobile phone, whilst is displayed sexually explicit images. Lawful Business Monitoring indicated that AVIS deleted these images from his force issued device a short time later.
