The officer’s conduct is alleged to have breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour (SPB) in the following area:

Whilst in a social setting Pc Steel is alleged to have placed his hands on the midriff of a female colleague without her permission. On the same occasion Pc Steel is alleged to have made sexualised inappropriate comments to another female colleague. On another occasion whilst socialising with colleagues Pc Steel is alleged to have placed his hands on two female colleagues. Pc Steel is further alleged to have made sexualised comments to another female officer and sent sexualised text messages.
