The hearing will be chaired by ACC Glen Pavelin.

The officer’s conduct is alleged to have breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour (SPB) in the areas of:

• Authority, Respect and Courtesy

• Discreditable Conduct 

It is alleged that PC 78095 Benjamin Norfolk demonstrated behaviour of a coercive and controlling nature whilst in a relationship, suggested engaging in acts of a sexual nature in a work environment and sent photos of a sexual nature whilst in police uniform which appeared to be taken in the workplace.
