This guidance sets out the process for applicants applying to Essex Police for evidence that they meet the criteria for legal aid to be granted.

Provides the numbers of arrests, charges and victims for the offence of 'Assault on Emergency Worker' broken down by gender, ethnicity and year between 2020 and 2024.
