I would like to request information regarding your variable speed camera enforcement process,
Could you please provide the following information:
When photographic evidence is supplied to you about a vehicle breaking the variable speed limit, what is all the evidence it must contain for it to be enforceable , for example:
1, Must it contain an image of the vehicle in question
2, Must the camera take a picture of the speed sign showing the enforceable speed at the time of the offence

· Direction of travel.
· Lane occupied.

· Recorded vehicle speed.

· Time elapsed since variable speed limit changed.
